What’s your most memorable shot ever in golf? Can be good or bad, just the shot you think is one you’ll remember for a long time. And you don’t have to pick just one. You could list two or three that you really remember. Here’s two of mine:

1) On the fourth hole of our first match of the season last year, par-5, I was laying three in the rough, 125 out (yep, not a good hole so far). Wind was slightly at my back, so I pulled an 8I, and sent a missile right at the pin. It pitched down, and settled just a roll short of dropping, giving me a par.

2) About 2/3 through the season, we were playing one of the trickier courses on our schedule, which was fairly long for me (par-36, around 3250 from blues) and had fairly quick greens. After a rollercoaster of a round, we came to the green of the tricky par-4 9th. I was putting for par, having hit a mediocre chip to about ten feet. Took a while to line it up, but I put a confidant stroke on it and it dropped for par and a round of 47. A great end after a rocky triple-birdie-triple start.

So far there are two for last year because they happened back to back holes.

1) My buddy shot off the Tee on a par 3 that was around 167 yds. He shot the ball left which left him a short wedge shot. He chipped the ball and I saw it roll up on the green so I knew it was there somewhere. We looked and looked because the only thing we could think of was that it rolled too far. Finally as he walked by the hole he saw the ball in the cup!

2) The very next hole, he tee'd off and then I tee'd off. The hole was around 328. I hit a nice drive but was a tad right and landed just shy of the right side bunker. I could only chip up over the bunker using my lob wedge because of the flag position. I chipped the ball up and my buddy yelled that it landed and rolled in the hole!
