In two other threads, I mentioned that Global Golf sold me a set of Callaway x-16's in unplayable rough shape.

Today I recieved a full refund including original shipping.

I did have to pay $11 for return shipping, but that was clearly disclosed in the auction so I find very little fault in it.

I just want to be fair.
It was their mistake, but they made it right.
What more could you ask for?

Good to hear. I've bought from GG a few times with no problems and two of those times the clubs arrived in better condition than I expected. That sucks that you had to deal with that, but at least they made good.

I've learned to read their item descriptions very carefully, and you almost have to expect that the clubs will need new grips. I too have had a set of irons where the 9 iron was about a full inch shorter than it should have been. I plugged it and moved on. (This was not the X16's I currently have)

driver: G10 draw 9 degrees
hybrids DWS 16 and 20 degrees
irons: x-16 3-pw
wedges: 588 RTG 51, 56 & 60
putter: Heavy Putter B3-Mball: hx tour (I'll switch after I lose these)
