Seeing this sort of thing non-stop in for sale forums on just about any golf website and same thing with ebay. I guess everyone thinks that if they claim to have a "tour issue" product for sale they can sell it for more money than it is actually worth?
Are others noticing a lot of this as well?

The only example I've seen are irons. For example, most Tour Issue irons have a "T" stamp.

What does "tour issue" mean?

I went to http://www.titleist.com/search/default.asp and searched to "tour issue" and got the reply "Search Results For: tour issue No search results found." Or is Titleist one of the club manufacturers which doesn't deal in "tour issue" clubs?

What does "tour issue" mean?

Titleist does deal in "tour issue" clubs. If you look at their list of "staff players", you will find that they use "prototype" irons, drivers and putters. All of these items would be considered "tour issue" as they are not made available to the general public.

Scotty Cameron Circle T's are Tour Issue.



I thought this was kinda funny. Scotty's Circle L's stand for "loser". He gives them to his friends.
