Mobile LM - Range Ball vs Premium on Mat

hello. my first on Sand trap. 

I recently purchased one of those mobile Launch Monitor devices. Primarily wanted to get distances for each of my clubs, off course. My options are either use it at the range with range balls or home backyard off mat into a net with premium balls.

Wanted to get some thoughts around which of the two might give me the closest to real distance. Btw, I do track my distance with a GPS app on course while playing, this was just in addition to that.

Also, i do have the options of using premium balls on the range.. but thats $$$$ :)
