I just put up my Circa 62 #3 for the Red X5 and I am extremely pleased. Same great feel and the look (plumber's neck) is what i am used to. Great putter IMO.

How do you clean this putter? Do you have to oil it?

The Red X5 has two of my least favorite attributes as far as putters go: a plumbers neck and a mallet head. However, it was an extremely good looking and feeling putter. It is easy to align (alignment is weird for me because I can't use the lines in the cavity like most people), and the feel was just what I like in a putter; fairly firm with just enough softness to maintain good feel. The putter created very little toe swing for me, which is good because I have to constantly work on keeping my putter from going too far inside. The finish is beautiful, I have always loved dark finishes on putters.

The only downside; I have always hated the Baby T grip. My hands just dont sit right on it. However, many people love it and my opinion doesn't matter as far as your selection process goes.

The Red X5 is an overall excellent putter, it turned me from a critic to a fan.

I loved it. My favorite mallet putter. Although I prefer it without the plumbers neck(X3)
