What's the greenside spin like with these balls?

The DT Carry falls like a pillow and there is very little forward roll. It putts really true and does not scuff, easily. For someone who strikes the ball deeper, meaning takes a divot and applies more compression, they may get backspin. I take a small divot. About club head, size.

The DT Roll does not fly as high as the DT Carry. While I like it off the tee, I am not the biggest fan with my irons. Like the Carry, it rolls well on putts. For me, I like the Carry, more. I love using my irons and being able to see the ball just drop as opposed to bounce and roll.

so you think the carry spins(backspin) more?

what about off the putter? does it feel mushy or is it a click sort of thing

I have yet to try either, but they are selling like hotcakes at my club. I would say about 50/50 between the carry and the roll. The pro told me the older guys are buying the roll.

The ball is not mushy, at all. It feels good upon impact and has a nice roll.

The Carry has a 252 Dimple Design so you will have more carry and more spin. You'll have an increased ball flight. Send me a PM. I'll gladly send you two of each and you can test them out.

Thanks for the help. I think I'll try out the DT Carry.

Also, thats very generous of you, but I've already got a trial pack of both.

Okay, I will. So far all I have done is putted with these in the basement. I like them better than the regular NXT solely based on this. Also It would be cool to have both the roll and carry to use in lei of shaping shots(which I can't do) if they actually have differences in trajectory.
