I have noticed an odd problem at the top of my bag. I have a 19 degree 3 iron that I carry about 225 yards. I carry my driver about 290 yards. However, I have a kind of old Cobra Fly Z 13.5 degree 3 wood that I only hit about 230 yards. This gives me a really awkward distance gap as well as two clubs going the same distance. Not sure if I am the problem or if the 3 wood is just poorly suited to me? Any thoughts or ideas are welcome!

If those numbers are accurate, then yes, that would suggest the 3W is a poor fit for you.

Something isn't right, probably your 3W but Cobra Fly Zs are good cubs. I hit my 3W 10 to 20 yards less than my driver and I'm hitting an old Cobra 3W. You might want to take both clubs to an pro and have him see what is going on. That is a huge gap in distance.
