I've been getting back into golf after playing a bit last year. I've recently been correcting an over the top movement in my downswing and have begun to hit slight draws that can sometimes hook. I'm mainly wondering about my hips in the backswing - they feel/look like they are either rotating too early or too much. I can't quite put my finger on it (or am probably just ignorant to it) but something seems out of place with my right hip between P2-P4 and I'm wondering if this is leading to inconsistency (I've gone from thinning the ball to chunking recently). Any other general advice is also welcome and appreciated!

I've been Playing Golf for: 2 years
My current handicap index or average score is: 26
My typical ball flight is: draw
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: hook

Yeah, that path is WELL out to the right.

Can you record face-on and another down-the-line in slow motion (high speed)?
