Hello all.

A bit of a newb question. My driver head comes off so you can change loft. I need to clean it and feel it be convenient to remove the head and clean it.

Is this bad for the club removing the head frequently? Should I just clean while on the shaft?

Thanks all.

I've removed my driver head many times (easily double digits) for various reasons and haven't had any problems. It is also 8 years old.

At the same time… Why remove it? Every time you remove it you risk slightly further wearing out the threads, or something else happening.

To see the differences in ball flight... how it looks at address in the different settings. Also different shafts. Turns out I ended up using standard loft and lie...Ahh also forgot removing it for air travel in a soft case...
