Going to Robert Trent Jones Trail next week with a group of guys, 15 total.  This will be my first trip to RTJ.  Playing "Cambrian Ridge" one day, then "The Senator", "The Legislator", and "The Judge" on Capitol Hill.  Anyone played these courses?  Are there other courses we should try to play while there?

A good option is to play the Par 3 courses. after playing an 18 -hole round.
The Par 3 courses have 18 holes, we usually played only 9 holes after playing 36 holes
on each of the trips we had.

You may want to check out Grand National while you're in the middle of Alabama.
I enjoyed Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge courses which are a short drive north.

Yea Club Rat said it. I really enjoyed the Senator and the Judge, then over to Grand National where there a couple good courses plus a fun par 3. The one I do play whenever I visit there is Ross Bridge; something about this course that is just good fun. I hope to play more of the courses in the future, but tomorrow is promised to no one, so hope is the key word.

Have Fun,
