Biodegradable Golf Leather

Okay, I'm genuinely curious about this "biodegradable leather" trend in golf. Are we talking snake oil here? I mean, golf balls, clubs... they all end up in the water eventually. Is this just greenwashing, or is there actually a real environmental benefit?

And honestly, does it even perform as well as traditional leather? I don't want to sacrifice distance for the planet, you know?

Anyone with real-world experience with these eco-friendly golf goods? Spill the tea!

I haven't heard much of anything about it. Faux leather, sure. Biodegradable leather? No. No idea.

      OK - I think we should narrow down a weekend, and start there.  We're going to try to do this in June. I've created a Doodle poll where everyone can vote for the options that work for them.  Please include your username so I can track/post results. Get started today! (I only put in the Saturday dates, but assume the outing would include Friday - Sunday).
