I was just wondering if I should get a regular shaft or a stiff one if I have a swing speed of 100 mph. Thanks.

Sorry this is not going to help, but you're right in the middle of Regular/Stiff shaft and the only person who can answer this will be a qualified fitter. IMO, your driver shaft is much more important to get right than any other shaft, with your irons, playing too weak or stiff will have an impact, but not as much as your driver.

It could help if you could tell us what kind of shaft you were looking at. Some shafts will play very stiff, while others more whippy. What were you looking at getting?

i would automatically suggest a stiff shaft but i would advise going to a fitter, or even to your local course pro.

Get fitted, if you can't be bothered get a S.

I hook the ball at my ss with a r, i can't imagine a 100 ss person to be able to control the whip of an R. Though i've heard that a really smooth swinger at high ss's can still use an R

A lot more goes into shaft selection then swing speed…..go get fitted.
