Day 356: went to the range and practiced short game and putting for about an hour and a half. Worked on all types of short game shorts. Worked mostly on putts within 10 feet. -
But…but…but Tiger’s equipment was so much better than Hogan’s thus Hogan was more skilled…😜 (just to be clear…I’m being sarcastic) -
11 Jun 25 - Played the Friday men’s shootout today using the persimmon woods and MacGregor blades. Solid overall - did misjudge club choices on a couple of holes - made me pay. Still the increased focus “for me” on tempo and staying smooth is what these call for and made for a fun round. Back to the regular clubs as I gear up for our club’s upcoming tournament the 1st of August. -
Swing drill was better. I have to make sure to do the final hit more like the drill than my current swing. Got to really get the arms down and not carried away with the turn.
