sounds like a good idea you might want to check out something like a callaway ft i-brid and ping rapture

in my x72 stand bag

g10 3-wood 15.5
g10 3 iron hybrid

do you mean a hybrid? or a driving iron? ive only hit a couple driving irons, the best being the titleist 503H

try the Mizuno MP Fli-Hi

Looks kind of like an iron with a fat sole. They have an 18* you could try.
