The differences in the 2 hybrid 16* and 3 wood 14*. IS the hybrid easier to hit from the rough? Is the ball flight much higher with the hybrid compared to the wood?

I cannot answer your question, but I would like to corroect you, the G10 3 wood is 15.5* and the G10 2 Hybrid is 15*

I'm going to have to say that the hybrid will be easier to hit from the rough. You can just look at the design of the two and decide what you are looking for. The Wood has a longer curve so you would probably have a higher MOI but the way the head is shaped on the hybrid it looks like it would be able to get it up and out in a hurry. I've always thought of hybrids as more of an iron replacement than a wood (that's just me of course) even though they are technically supposed to be a combination of both. In my game I have always had better luck with hybrids from the rough and I leave the Woods to the tee. Hope this helps at least a little.

Yeah I'm thinking I'll upgrade to the G10 driver next year and the 3 wood for now.

Do people get fitted for 3 woods? Or can I just take the ones off the rack?

Just Depends on your height. Its pretty much like getting fitted for a driver where you can choose from a few shafts and get it shorter or taller if you need it.
