Yes its a problem in the UK as well ,there was a woman who was sexually assaulted with a hoover who had to wait six hours to see a doctor.She was rushed to intensive care and put on life support.Latest reports are that she is picking up well

I saw this on the news earlier, absolutely stunning. I mean a doctor looked at her and walked away, a damn doctor. At least get her up and in a bed to make sure she doesn't die, I thought that was the oath of a doctor.

I hate to say race probably played a role in it which is ever sadder, but I hope they're all punished properly

      Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.

      So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon

      It is a known technique, similar to the armed forces box technique. They use a 4x4 , in through the nose and out through the mouth. I use it to go to sleep fairly often. It works for me
