bulding my clubs

hi all,
yesterday I did my club fitting session at the callaway golf performance center. The staff at the center at the end gave me the suggestion for the fitting of my clubs. Now I have a question: where can I find somebody that can build the clubs with that specification??
Better in NYC area.

what clubs did you want to do? you already have callaway irons.
