does taylormade ball + taylormade driver=more distance

i was just wondering if you use a ball made by the same company as your driver equal more distance because it looks like it form the golf magazine ball test where they used a taylormade superquad drives and bot the taylormade tp balck/red flew about 8 yards further than all the other proluine balls.

I never seen data on that one... could be true... could be false

One could say, no, because a vast majority of players who use a taylormade driver use a prov1 / prov1x... conversely, you could say that a tour player is looking for control and not only distance so he / she may not be trying to max out their distance off the tee

Not here. I decided to try a dozen of the Taylormade Burner TP balls which are hit off tee with my Taylormade R7 driver. Two balls I play regularly go farther--the Callaway HX Hot and the Titleist NXT Tour.
