BEWARE: 949 Golf SELLS FAKES!

There is a member on this forum that owns a site called 949golf. ( http://www.ninefourninegolf.com ). He PMed me saying he could beat any of the competition's price.

I was interested in buying a Scotty Cameron and I was able to talk him all the way down to $150 for a BRAND NEW Studio Style. That was a warning. So I emailed them asking to see detailed pictures to see if they were authentic. He was very nice and sent the exact pictures I wanted. I have confirmed that the Scotty Cameron was FAKE!

Look at the below pictures and you will see that the insert is not an actual insert, just white paint around the center.
In an email he said the head was wrapped in plastic. New Studio Style's do not have their heads wrapped in plastic.
Also, look at the shaft band (the one with all the numbers on it, 4* loft, etc.) It's facing the front of the grip. On REAL Studio Style's, they face the back of the grip.
Also notice how there is no milling marks on the face.
And last but not least, check out some of the letters on the headcover, noticeably the M and O. FAKE!









So, please don't fall for their tricks.
