Depends on what you are looking for really. Do you want true game improvement irons, semi traditional look with game improvement options or more along the lines of the traditional looking blades. Also what price line are you looking at? There are so many options out there right now its hard to point someone in one diretction without a little more info.

I used Cleveland TA5s for the last 5+ years. Great clubs. Very forgiving, but you can still work them if you want to. I went from 14+ to under 9 with them (just got MP-60s). You can probably find a deal on some used ones and maybe even a leftover new set. Or you could go with the newer TA6s, which are pretty similar.

I've also heard good things about Mizuno's MX-17 that you can get fairly reasonably and MX900 (if you want to drop that much $$$).

    • Impressive! I practice these shots along with my putting on most days. Would love to see where my spin numbers are! On the course this method has dramatically changed the way I think about chipping.

    • Last couple sessions I’ve felt good. I’ve managed to PB on almost every different weight I’ve used except the 195g which most will know is the weight used to identify driver eSpeed. i have noticed a very slight increase however in my 195g ‘Full Swing’ whereas my ‘Max Swing’ has been stuck at 102mph last few sessions. I do feel like I have quicker in me. My target at the start would have been to get to 105mph giving an eSpeed of 115mph. With around 50% or so of the foundations programme left I think this is definitely achievable
