Difference between these two bags?

Does anyone know the difference between these Bennington bags?

#1 has 10 ind. iron slots. #2 only has 9.

ah, that's one difference for sure. Good catch. I also noticed that #1 has a traditional handle at the neck of the bag and #2 does not (appears to have a strap loop instead).

I assume the cart strap goes through the handle in #1? Any advantage or disadvantage to the loop vs. the handle or am I missing something?
