Practice Regimen - Expected Results?

I just happened across a written practice regimen for a high school golf team and was wondering what ya'll thought I should expect in the way of results, after a year or two, if I can actually find the time to work that regimen into my schedule. I just started golfing last fall, and I think my current handicap index would be somewhere between a 26 & 29 if it were calculated. Here's a link to the webpage showing the practice routine.

I dont think youll get an exact answer because we do not know your potential but ill just take a guess and say youll get better

I like it! No way in hell could someone get worse by practicing with this regimen. The bunker shots would infuriate me though

I think it makes sense to couple practice with instruction because there is no point in practicing bad habits.
