It was sad to hear that Paul Newman passed away at age 83. He was a great man in many way. Academy award winning actor, Business man that gave over $200 Million from his Newman's food brand, race car driver and team owner. My favorite movies are Butch Cassidy, Cool Hand Luke.

What's your memories of Paul Newman?

The Color of Money is one of my favorite movies of all time. I can quote it from start to finish. Not to mention The Hustler and The Sting. He's a car racer and owned race teams. His Light Balsamic Vinegrette dressing is my favorite. And he seemed like a genuine and all around good guy. I am very sad as well to hear of his passing. Rest in Peace Mr. Newman.

What's your memories of Paul Newman?

Not a memory but a story...

My ethics professor was a school mate of Paul's and graduated with him in Shaker Heights (Cleveland), OH. My prof was excited one week and said he was taking his wife to the 40th year class reunion. When he got back after the event, he said that all the ladies were dressed up to the nines expecting that Pail and Joanne would be there. They weren't. I believe he said that Paul never went to a reunion. ============================================== Best movie? Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

      I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers

      Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.

      So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon
