Currently I can't afford brand new clubs but might be able to swing some used clubs. Can I goto a clubfitter and find out the specifics? Like if I need a R300/S300 or PX5.0/5.5/6.0. Also, if I'm standard or a 1 degree flat. How much would this run me on average?

You could go to a clubfitter to find out the proper specs for your golf clubs but I would recommend you wait until you can afford the clubs and let him fit you then so that the charge for fitting can be part of the golf clubs. If you really want custom fit golf clubs you will let them do what they know how to do. Make sure you find a well qualified clubmaker for the process. Here are a few links to help.
