If I have a high launch clubhead and put a low launch shaft in it, what will be the result? I would suspect that it should be a regular/medium launch, but this seems to easy to be true. Any thoughts?

I want to buy a TEE hybrid off eBay and it's a high launch head but has a low launch shaft (NV). Anyone have this combo?

Just thought i should tell you, that i use an XG7 as well. It has become my favorite putter of all time, because i think it's the exactly correct weight for me. It's heavy but not too heavy. My tempo is so good. I three putted 4 times last year! 4 times in 142 rounds. My distance control has never been better. And, i make more 4 footers than ever.

I am so glad on tried that putter.

I'm extremely "unfussy" about balls. I'll play anything white and round!  I''ll even play the colors i find.

Wrong thread, I assume?

Back to the OPs question, I think it will reduce your spin, give you a bit flatter ball flight and more roll. I don't think it will change your LA too much, at least that's what I've found with drivers and fws. As with everything though, the answer is "it depends."

The club has 21* of loft, but it has a lower CG and, therefore, a higher ball flight (launch angle). The shaft is a low launch shaft. It is the Aldila NV 90 hybrid shaft.

I already hit a high ball, but the hybrid is priced ridiculously well. Plus, I need to get a new one anyway. Which one has more influence on ball flight: shaft or clubhead?

IMHO the clubhead design and loft matters most. The shaft makes a difference, firstly, based on flex. Then you get into the kickpoint of that shaft. But I've read that kickpoint has little to do with flight unless you release your wrist really, really late like the pros. I don't know how accurate that is. But I've read that on several occasions.
