I was looking at a Ping G2 3 wood and the shaft is listed as soft reg flex. I dont know that much about ping but would the soft reg be a senior flex. Thanks

I think it would be about a "seniors" flex. I was looking over the vintage Ping specs on their website. I can find info on the G2 fairway woods. And you can get specific shaft info on current fairway woods. But I don't see an option for G2 fairway wood shaft specs. If all of that makes sense...haha

I do see the G2 3 wood has these specs listed:
14* loft, 43.5", 155cc, 54.5* - 56.5* - 58.5* in orange, black and green dots respectively.

Using the G5 fairway woods as an example, the difference in the TFC100F shafts between soft-regular and regular is:

4.4* of torque for the 69 gram soft-regular
4.0* of torque for the 71 gram regular

Hope that helps.

One G2 says silver dot with the TFC 100. Soft reg flex and another is a Green dot with a reg shaft Fujikura Fit On!-11 ProS3 reg flex.
