Played with my old set when i went to florida last month. I palyed really well. I took only my driver and wedges, but hit my old 5 wood and irons and putter. My old putter is a blade type putter, and i did really well! i came home and was hitting balls on my carpet, and realized how heavy my putter was compared to it. I really like the insert in my putter, but i want a blade type putter now. Anyone play with a white hot type putter? also any other suggestions to other good blade putters?
Thankss
~chris

I have a odyssey dual force 2 putter (i believe this is a insert style putter). I like it and odyssey also has their crimson line that i also believe is insert style putters.

I recently started using a White Hot no9 putter. It has really helped with my distance control. This past year I have used a classic ping anser, nike unitized, Yes! and Odyssey. The Odyssey is the best all rounder no question.

how different will the forged putters feel ( cleveland forged, nike forged, scotty cameron)? i defintely want a lighter putter than the 2 ball or marxman tho.

I have a White Hot blade and like it fine, but I really like my Yes blade putters. Check out the Yes website. I like the Callie and the Tracy, and use them interchangeably.

I just got a White Hot Tour #2 for Christmas. It's done wonders on my living room floor. Can't wait to get out of the course with it.

My friend has a White Hot blade that I really liked. When I went into Golfsmith to buy my putter, I hit about two dozen different ones, and the only one I liked better was the Cleveland VP1. I went with the VP1 since it felt a little better, was about 50$ cheaper, and was otherwise the same as the White Hot.

This was before Cleveland came out with the VP Forged putters, which I've never hit, so I can't attest to those unfortunately.

I have the original White Hot #1 on the bench. I actually forgot I had it because it is leant out right now. But my best friend has that very same #8. I've never seen anybody else with one.

I was with him when he bought it. Then we went to play 9. He dropped his 1st put with this club from 30+ feet. This was without a practice putt at all. He had his pupils dialated earlier in the day and took something like 13 or 14 putts on 9. Of course he didn't hit every green, but we all thought.....I need a #8, or to get my pupils dialated.

    • Day 23: weird day, and only had a little bit of time. Just did mirror work again, working on where the elbow is in the downswing
    • I flipped over to this tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. Anyone else watch? I picked it up during the golf relay event, but seeing these pros out having fun in alternative events was refreshing and entertaining. I’m sure it will be on in reruns in the next week or so, so I won’t spoil the outcome. Im curious what others thought of it. I’m recording it’s later airing to see the beginning.
    • Day 443 - 2025-12-17 Made a few swings in testing some things out at another academy. Might pop up on someone else's podcast in a few weeks.
    • Day 37 (17 Dec 25) - nine hole round with my good friend.  We got paired up with a couple of the men’s group regulars as part of their shootout.  Started off with a wonderful quad bogie and then a dbl on three to be six over thru three holes.  Game went 180° over the next five as I shot one under (including a chip in birdie on hole six and four up and down 1 putt pars) for a net finish of five over. What could have been a really tough nine became a solid finish due to staying in the moment and not checking out.  Great day in course management and keeping perspective .
    • Day 127 12-17 Backswing and flow practice. Took advantage of the 60 degeee weather(it was 20 degrees Sunday)
