I'm looking to buy a new (used) driver, I just replaced my x-14 irons with 3dx irons and I figure why not replace my whole set.

I'm looking for a driver that I can get for less than $60 used. I want something with a huge face and is very forgiving. I've been looking at the 3dx square driver, any opinions? Any other suggestions would be great.

I paid $62.00 plus $11.99 for shipping for the Callaway x460 driver used in good condition on ebay

i know its slightly above what you want to spend but its in the neighborhood

3 Balls Golf is your friend. You can find a bunch of good used drivers there for around $60.

If you want a HUGE face, look into some of the older Cobra offerings such as the SZ 440 or HS9 or even the Comp series. Cobra's older 400+cc drivers had some of the biggest faces on the market then and now.

At your handicap you may want to consider a 5 and 7 wood, or rescue club. I put a 5 and 7 in the bag last year, finished the season with a 6 handicap, and can honestly say they helped my scoring. You can find some nice deals on used woods at this site also MazboGolf

Thanks, I've had some experience with a hybrid club but I didn't like how it played compared to my iron. Maybe it was the club, who knows. What 5 wood do you recommend? under $55. used is cool.

The woods in my sig. are hard to beat. Cup face design and easy to hit off the deck and can be had cheap right now.

Did you get the 3DX square? I had one, face was 3* closed, a hook machine for me.
