It doesn't look like a typical TM driver and I don't see anything on their website either. I've never heard of the XL before and new models usually aren't selling for $250. But, I don't think a big retailer like Dick's would sell a knock-off so I'm not sure what to make of it.
What's in the bag?
Taylormade R7 Superquad
TaylorMade Burner 3W & 5W
Hogan Edge Hybrid 21*
Mizuno MX20 4-PWCleveland 588 GW & CG10 SWOdyssey 2-Ball Center ShaftTitleist NXT Tour

Hey, has anyone seen this club, its huge.

The XL is made exclusively for Dick's (hardy har har) from what I know. But I'll put out the call for more information...

It's a Dick's exclusive line, just like the current Maxfli clubs. Dick's has been pretty good at getting exclusive deals from OEMs the last couple years, but it's been mostly things like bags. Now they clearly have some sort of exclusive club deal with TaylorMade/Maxfli to go along with their house brand (Walter Hagen). The other OEMs like Callaway, Nike, etc. can't be happy, since there are now many lower-priced options for shoppers at Dick's.

[sidebar: In a conversation about sporting goods stores, my brother-in-law once dreamily said, "I just love Dick's." We've never let him hear the end of it.]

3-wood: Tour Edge Exotics XCG (Aldila DVS Fairway 75 stiff)
hybrid: Sonartec Md 21° (UST Proforce V2 Hybrid 85 stiff)

Dicks also have a R5 XL line of irons and hybrids as well.. it's not the nicest looking driver in the world if you ask me.

wow..that's crazy..are the weights adjustable? is it me or does the bottom have a center "hump"?

isn't the R5 already a 460cc driver?

The r5 wasn't 460cc, no. The r7 460 is TM's first 460cc driver.

The weights are not adjustable if anyone was still wondering. At least that's what the flyer in the paper tells me.

From whjat I know it's overstock or second rate equipment TM brands and calls exclusive. A far cry from the true R7 and R5. Remember the 540xd woods (look like titanium but made of steel) and the 540xd irons ( look like 360s)?
