Handicap question

It's April, my handicap becomes effective today...as in the new golf season for handicaps have begun today. I was wondering what i should do with all my scores from last year, as they are still in the computer. Should my home course that gives me a handicap take care of this? Last year was my first year keeping a handicap, so i am not farmiliar with beginning a new season.

they SHOULD carry over. I always print my scores out just in case a server goes down and the stuff gets lost (I've seen it before...even with redundancy built into the servers). but scores should carry over (at least that's what i've been told)

You should start the season with the same index with which you finished last season. All of those scores should still show in the list when you look it up. If you carried an official handicap last year you shouldn't have to do anything but start posting new scores now.
