Completely agree. Non electric-powered carts are, IMHO, much harder than carry bags.

I will switch to wheels again when I am really old and cannot use my bag under any circumstance. Until then, I will use my carry bag. Just try to play 5 rounds without minding cart restrictions, just concentrating in your game, and you will never get back to trolleys...

I'm with you guys. And your last comment is right on. I don't know how many strokes I've saved being able to walk right to my ball with a full compliment of clubs or survey my line for a putt as a walk through the green before placing my bag down.

My Tools of Ignorance:

Driver: Ping I20 9.5*
Woods/Hybrids: Cobra AMP 3W and 3 HY

Irons: Cobra AMP 4-GW

Wedges: Callaway Forged Copper 56* and 60*

Putters: Scotty Cameron  35" (Several of the flow neck blade variety)

Ball: Bridgestone B330-RX and Srixon Z-Star

Bag: Nike Performance Carry

Put me on the other side of the fence.

I think know a good 3 wheel push cart is far easier to maneuver than a carry bag. You are dealing with no weight whatsoever. The bag is always held at the perfect club dispensing angle and height. You have a place for your drink/scorecard/pencil/balls/tees etc, as handy as can be. They'll go anywhere on the course but the greens, so not only do you have all your clubs, you have the (optional) seat with you as well, anywhere. And for playing in the rain....the umbrella holder is unbelievably convenient. It is not even a close competition in the rain. Now, if you're talking about the two wheeled carts that you drag behind you, then, I agree, it's better to carry than use of of those contraptions.

That was kind of my point: only when carrying you can follow the complete line of your putt or chip before you have to put your clubs down and while everybody is still making their way to the green. Surveying the line from behind and in front of the cup is something good players should be in the habit of doing, but many don't because it can waste time when everyone is already on the green waiting for you to chip or putt.
