Interesting find. Ping could always basically pull out of the state of Maryland, but that'd be awfully drastic.

Then again, with that Internet provision, that might not even work. Very interesting.

I'm not a lawyer, but couldn't they also require that any authorized selling of their clubs over the internet cannot ship to Maryland?

This might be good news for golf shops in states adjacent to Maryland.
