It shouldn't take them longer than an hour or two to do the work. So it would just depend on when they get around to doing them. As alf said, ask them when you drop them off.

I will judge my rounds much more by the quality of my best shots than the acceptability of my worse ones.

Most places will do a regrip on a set on a 1-day turn around. Most likely they won't commit to less than 2-days at this time of year though.

As far as the cost goes, if you use a regular shop there is a good chance that they will do it for the cost of the grips only. Where I shop they get you for $1.50 per club (free for regular customers), but I know golf galaxy gets you for about $3 per club.

In my Grom bag:

3-Wood......... Burner 15* S-Flex
5-Wood......... Ovation 18* S-FlexIrons............. Pro Combos 3,5-PW Rifle 6.0Wedges......... CG12 52.10, 56.14, 60.10Putter............ 33" VP1 Milled PutterBall................ e6+ or B330-SRangefinder.....

a few things to keep in mind is that golf galaxy also charges less for there grips. Pro shops generally charge just the cost of the grip, but a Golf Pride grip doesn't usually cost $5-$7.

Its a very simple job to do yourself, and I do it regularly for friends.

In my bag:

some golf clubs

a few golf balls

a bag of tee's some already broken the rest soon to be

a snickers wrapper (if you have seen me play, you would know you are not going anywhere for a while)

and an empty bottle of water

when you regrip your clubs make sure that you tell them what thickness you want the new grips. for example if you are happy with the current size grips have them duplicate the grip size.
