I need some advice.
I currently use and hit very well a Tour Edge Houdini Utility 3 Wood.
I am considering moving up to a Tour Edge Exotics 3 Wood. CB1
How much yardage can I expect to gain with the switch ???
I currently hit the Houdini 3 wood about an honest 225.
Houdini is 16 degree, 3 wood would be 15 degree.
I believe the 3 wood may be 1/2 inch longer ???
I am sure there is someone who has made the switch before...
I keep reading how strong the TE Exotics fairway woods are...
Can I expect to gain 15 or maybe 20 yards ???
Thanks.

If I was hitting my 3-wood consistently, where I wanted the ball to go at 225 yards, I wouldn't change it out. Those Houdini's are so easy to hit.

I'm down to a 10 handicap. At this rate, I'll get to scratch at 90 years old!

I had an exotics cb2 3 wood but hit it too far due to how hot the clubface was. I now play the cb2 5 wood and love it. It is very easy to hit off the deck even from a average lie in the rough. I would highly reccomend it.
