BTW: Anybody have this driver and if so any thoughts on it so far? I just hit it into a net and have no idea of anything else. It sounds and feels awesome tho.

Yeah i'll have to admit i can be pretty bad when im waiting to use a new piece of equipment right now taking finals and writing papers instead of breaking in the new driver is killing me

I'll equate it to this:

New irons and wedges for me are like dating a new girlfriend....it is super fun at first and it takes a while to really feel comfortable.

New putters and drivers are like one night stands that you can see coming early in the evening. Hit 'em for all your are worth and see where it leaves you in the morning. Both of you may have to go through many relationships to find the right one.

I agree with you....having new sticks in the bag is excruciating......it physically hurts until you get a chance to game them.

I hope your Cobra works well for you. They've been making great sticks for over two decades. Bust 'em right down the middle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh i love getting new drivers too. however, the honeymoon period is about over with my new Mizuno MX-700 and Im about ready to put my FT-i back in the bag. i hit 1/14 fairways today...YIKES!!! the first time i took it out i hit 14/14 fairways and its been downhill ever since

Put it back in the bag. I hate the sound and strongly dislike the look, but I can't find anything that will give me as tight of dispersion of shots. I find it VERY forgiving on mishits, and will certainly play a little draw or little fade.

you are right. and i have decided it is going back in the bag. a freind of mine suggested getting the FT-iQ, but the way i hit the FT-i just doesnt justify purchasing the FT-iQ. i was so confident with that FT-i it was ridiculous. ive decided to put it back in the bag and not even think about another driver for now. the FT-i is just perfect for me

Yes. Got my Tour Burner driver a couple of weeks ago. Arrived on Saturday 12:00, was on the range by 12:30 :)..

Am getting new MX-200 irons hopefully this week. Can't wait to try them out. I am rather unhappy about the fact that the seller didn't e-mail me the tracking number for UPS.

if you bought it thru ebay and they shipped it via UPS through PayPal Shipping, you can get the tracking # by going to your items won page, then clicking on the item, and then clicking on Order Details
