FWIW, I don't know if you drink reg or diet but if you drink 6 reg cokes/day, that's 54 teaspoons of sugar/day! Get your sugar out and pour 54 tsp of sugar on the counter in a pile. You well may be headed for diabetes, heart disease, cancer, something... on down the way. Sorry, I just had to chime in in case it might help. Literally, pour the sugar on the table and see if it rings a bell. Too many people have no idea of how dangerous soft drinks can be, over time. It's a huge national problem.
