New Nike irons amazing

Just played my first round with my new Nike slingshot irons. Wow i never realized how much of a difference a new set of clubs could do. I went from shooting in the 90s every week to yesterdays round at 85. First time i ever hit in the 80s. I didnt hit drives too well and putted ok. It was all my iron shots that were great.

Anyone else get this big of an improvement from irons?

Congratulations on your new irons, isn't it a great feeling when play your first couple of rounds with them. I never got an improvement of over 5 shots with my iron but they are certainly better suited to me and allow me to do more with the ball then my previous set.

i recently purchased the Nike Pro Forged Combos
definatly improved my game a few strokes

having confidence in your gear is important, so it could be the gear as well as more confidence

I'm sure alot of it has been confidence but i'm not complaining. I love them!

I think that confidence in your equipment has a lot to do with it.

I also purchased a set of Nike Slingshot 4D irons (also got the 3 iron and sand wedge) last summer. They are wonderful. I have never hit the ball so straight. Worth every penny!
