At my club, the only popular irons brand is Callaway. I'm pretty sure that more than 90% of the members use Callaway irons. When you enter the storage room where all members bags are stored, you'll be amazed at the amount of Callaway irons.

Actually there are only 4 others besides me who use Mizuno irons; a 16 handicapper with MP52s, a 5 handicapper with MP32s, an 11 handicapper who uses some old T-Zoid Mizzies (MP14 maybe) and an 8 handicapper 17 years old kid who uses MX950 (I have no idea why an 8 handicapper would use a GI iron)

Beside that, there are some PINGs, but not that much, a few Clevelands and Cobras, and some other few less known brands.

I do not remember ever seeing a bag with Titleist irons. Not one time.

When it comes to drivers, again it's Callaway, but TaylorMade has some competition. Plus a few Clevelands. Never seen a Titleist driver as well.

Wedges? Cleveland all the way. Very popular with our club members. I remember seeing only 2 members with Vokey wedges, one of them is the number one Middle East amateur golfer. (around 40 something years old)

(Just in case you're interested, that guys plays Callaway FTi irons with graphite shafts, Taylormade 2008 Burner driver, the black one with a red "B", Vokey wedges, and alternates between an Odyssey White Hot and another Cameron Red X putter)

When it comes to putters, Odyssey gets the big chunk. Almost all the putters are odyssey. PING comes in 2nd place here, I've seen a significant number of PING putters. Only 3 Cameron wedges are in play (as far as I've seen), a Red X owned by the guy I mentioned above, another Studio Select , and a third one owned by a 14 years old kid whose father is a billionaire (and was recently accused of murder and got a death sentence) and who gets a new putter every week and never really plays golf that much anyway.

So, are there any special equipment patterns where you guys play??

Callaway for sure. But plus theirs a lot of members here that like to use knockoffs of whatever they can find. Which is ok cuz they hit um well.

I've never noticed what other folks use really unless something in the bag catches my eye (i.e. funny headcover or something)

TaylorMade.

Everyone at the Club I work at uses TM and I believe it's partially because the teacher here who gives lessons sells TM and can fit them for the members.

It almost disgusts me how many burner drivers/irons and r7/r9's I see..
