I tried the Nike Power Distance Super Soft ball after reading the consumer reports and thought it was great for the money. Actually, I think it's a pretty nice ball period. Nike seems to have replaced or revamped the Power line (and raised the price a couple bucks too, natch). My question: if anyone has played the old Super Soft and the new Power Soft balls, are they the same? If not, what do you think the difference is? Thanks guys.

hmmm thats a really good question, I'm not sure if there were any changes made but a friend of mine just recently picked up a dozen of them and I was actually pretty impressed with their performance. Although I enjoy a prov1x or nike black if I'm low on money I'll turn to this ball, I also like the Srixon Soft Feel... they are very similar, the only difference I found was the Srixon is a little more durable...check it out

Thanks Dan. I'll pick up a sleeve of the Srixons.
