Used Set of Irons - Which Shaft?

I'm looking at a few sets of used irons and I'm trying to decide which set to purchase. Two of the sets have Dynamic Gold S300 and I am very familiar with that shaft. I have S300s in my Mizuno MP-14s. To be honest, I am actually not quite getting the trajectory I would like with these irons as of lately. The 6 to 3 iron are flying a bit low when hit off the deck.

The third set has Dynamic Gold Extra Lite in a Stiff which weigh in at 109 grams and I am told are the equivalent of a modern-day Dynamic Gold Super Lite S300. I know next to nothing about this shaft.

I won't have a chance to demo any of the sets before purchase, so I was wondering if anyone had any opinions. I have about an 88 mph swing speed with a 5-iron, if that helps. I have only ever hit S300 (my MP-14s) and Rifle 5.5 (my Mizuno GRADs).

No one has any experience with the DG Extra Lites? I would like to get this set of irons this week, but shafts are not that cheap to replace.
