Has anyone ever returned something to Vans Golf?

Bought a new PING hybrid and hate it, its nothing like my Bobby Jones hybrid. This thing has too piercing of a trajectory instead of the high soft landing shots I get with my BJ Hybrid.

I've played 2 rounds of golf and took it to the driving range a couple of times. There are some noticable light marks on the face and bottom, nothing on the crown.

The receipt I have offers a 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee but I'm not sure if this also includes clubs you have played.

Without sounding like an idiot on the phone I thought I would see if anyone has returned a club after playing it? I dont even care if they give me store credit...in actuality I would prefer it so my wife doesnt take the money away and try to do responsible things like paying down the credit cards.
