I normally practice three days a week and play 1 to 2 rounds. Well, this week it seems to only be raining when I have free time and would normally be at the range or course. Maybe my wife bribed Mother Nature, so I would have to stay home and do chores.

This has been the worst golf season I have experienced. It rained the first 5 months of the year. It seems that at least one weekend of every month has been wiped out. Then, August comes in as the wettest month ever here. It has blown....

Ya the entire country has been this way, really wet.

Oh great I was gonna play tomorrow and looks to be cold and windy 60* temp in Sept., wtf?

      Great year last year. Who winning this year could be another special story? Brooks? Spieth? Or Aberg? An AM? I dont know if anything could top last year

      I love Rancho Park too!  I don't get out there much due to the 405 issues (Im in Santa Clarita) but I do try and get out there every now and then...last time out was in January where I eagled 17 (left green) with a holed 145 yard third shot ! Rancho is a great course! And at 24 bucks weekday with the city card, an absolute steal!

      I have played PGA West, at least one or two courses in there, but I am not sure if I've played any of the courses used to host the Hope. I played a course that I think both isn't PGA West and is host to the Hope a few years ago, possibly at a TST outing, but I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the right one. I have played Rancho Park plenty of times (exactly half of my sub-80 rounds were there!) and Wilson/Harding.  Rancho Park might be my favorite golf course among those I've played more than a half dozen times.   Hopefully I'll get a chance to play TPC Scottsdale, maybe this August or September, and at some point I think there was a PGA Tour event in Las Vegas, I should get up there and play those course(s).
