can anyone give a comparison of the AP2's and the S57's?

I am hitting the S57's. Just got them and love them. They look sweet and feel great. They even offer a little forgiveness. The AP2's look pretty sweet as well, but I have never hit them. I am just wondering how they feel. How forgiving are they? How do they compare to the Pings?

Uhm, go hit them. How could you trust what anyone else might say when the better answer - trusting yourself - is so easy? Go hit them. See/feel for yourself.

Ditto. I went from Ping I3 + blades to AP2s last year and tried all the Ping clubs, the AP1s and AP2s, before deciding on the AP2s. It is so personal a decision you do need to hit them. I got the AP2s because they do not feel like Pings, they actually "feel". However, because you asked, I liked the way the S57s set up and looked, but they felt "thin" to me when I hit them (unlike the new Titleist CBs which I hit last Sunday, which I would take over the S57s). By the way, I also hit the new AP2s, find some and hit them, I think you will really like them. I like them better than my current set, but, alas, can't justify getting new clubs again so soon.
