Anybody out there have any experience is putting sponsorship proposals together? I know what I want to say, but I have no idea about how to put it together.

Matt - look around for privateer motorcycle racers. These people are excellent marketer's as they have to support a motorcycle race team.

One thing to remember, is that you are going to have to put some skin in the game. In other words, you will NOT do this entirely on sponser dollars. You might find ways to have companies help you, but this is a tough economy, so companies are going to watch how they spend marketing dollars very carefully. You could probably expect to have people comp you some free stuff, but I wouldn't expect to get your expenses covered as well. this is a popular motorcycle racing forum - so you might want to post there and see what you get.
