Odyssey White Hot #2

My horrible putting forced me into a mad dash to find a putter. Just last week I switched to an old style blade I've had for years. Well, today, while looking at Ebay, I found an Odyssey White Hot #2 that only had one bid on it for $22. I put in a top bid for $30 and ended up winning it for $24.00.

To be honest, I was looking for an Odyssey 882 blade style and I know this one is completely different. For the money, I figured it was worth the gamble.

It's my second Ebay win this month. I also won a Cleveland CG12 for $31.00.

I didn't think I would win either so now I get to look forward to my putter arriving.

Now I will work on picking among the gaggle of putters I have over the winter. There isn't enough time in the golf season here to figure it out this year.

I think I have found my dream putter. The White Hot #2 arrived today and it's all I can image - it's toe weighted which I didn't realize. So, it swings properly for someone with a stroke like mine and the insert is right on the money for how I like it.

My putting stroke is "lazy" for lack of a better word so the ball needs to jump off the face of the putter.

This one does it, perfectly.

Could be a case of "new clubitiss," but I hope not.
