I think some of these rules are getting way too detailed. Pretty soon they are going to have a rule that a player may not eat a powdered donut on the course if the powder from said donut is intentionally sprinkled in the air to judge wind speed.

Or that a player may not use a driver with a black-colored clubhead because on hot days it will cause the titanium to expand, thus exceeding the 460 cc limit.

Or that a player may not wear Loudmouth pants on the course.
