I read the preliminary review regarding the new upcoming powered speed cart. I would love one, and while i have not seen my 30th birthday it may come as no surprise that I am catching more than a little crap for it at home. Am I the only one interested in this? I really enjoy walking but back problems prevent me from carrying, pushing is fine, but there is something appealing about having a "caddy like" helper do the grunt work on my 18 hole walk? So how about it, am I alone in this boat?

I'm anything but a traditionalist, but I'd consider a powered cart. The additional cost, and maintnance is why I would probably just buy a Clicgear 3.0 in the spring.

The cost is a huge factor, and the reason i'll have to save a couple years to get it, but something about a "caddy" doing the work is great!

I am very interested in this new Sun Mtn. Product..... I, too, love to walk but carrying a stand bag is beginning to be a bit of a burden. I'm 53 and have some minor back problems and Neck issues. At a minimum, I expect to put a push cart into play this summer, but I think the concept of the "Electric Caddy" is awesome. I have read some reviews on other electric walking carts and there seems to be Lot's of issues with them historically.. can't keep the wheels aligned, drive train issues, batteries run down prematurely, etc. Doesn't seem like rocket science to me or that it would have to cost several grand either, but that seems to be the story to date. At any rate, I would love to have one, although probably would be a little self concious when unveiling on the course initally. Looking forward to see what Sun Mountain has come up with.
