Awesome thanks.  Yes it's the stock issue wrench, came in a nice Nickent Silk bag as well.

Bummer that Nickent was bought out by Dicks.  Wished they could have stood on their own.  Had I known their stuff had this level of quality I would have looked at them in the past.

Day #2 at the range with the new driver.  Widened my stance and tee'd the ball a little lower and that seemed to help my swing and contact.  Yesterday only about 25% I would consider good or playable drives if on a course.  Today probably 60%.  Getting there !!

I tried searching for the adjustable nickent evolver collar on ebay and came up empty.  Does anybody know what to search for?

I tried "Nickent Evolver", "Nickent Evolver collar", "Nickent Evolver Adjustable collar" and 0 results.

Even though I don't think I'll need it, its always nice to purchase now while still available.

Also does anybody know if Dicks is going to release a new driver from Nickent?

Curious if it would use the same collar technology as the evolver.  If so they might become more readily available again.

If you are looking on Ebay put in Nickent CYG (Change your game). When I bought mine there was only one guy selling them for $25.00. Well worth it.

awesome thanks.  Golf purchases have been adding up lately, probably order one in a couple weeks.  Looks like they had 23 of them left.

This Nickent 4DX Evolver driver is the BEST HITTING and STRAIGHTEST of all the drivers I have tried (about 12).  You can use an allen wrench to remove the screw and shaft if necessary.  It doesn't have a hexagon slot but the wrench will work.

FYI, Rock Bottom has the Evolver on their web site for $29.44.  It's not the CYG version, but it's still a good club that you can swap shafts easily with.  They're not including the torque wrench, but I've read on other sites that a hex wrench will work fine, it just doesn't click like the stock one does to let you know it's tight enough.

I just ordered a CYG off EBay, otherwise I would be all over this.  They advertised this a few days ago, and within a day or so they showed out of stock, but today they're showing in stock again.

I have a Nickent 4DX driver, 4h, 3w & 7w.    Good clubs, not great.     I played the driver for about 8 months - hit it well, but it had this dead "thunky" sound to it - no pop at all ... unlike any driver I've ever heard.     I picked up a second hand Nike SQ driver & consistently gain yardage over the Nickent, although the Nike is tougher to control, but when I rarely get it on the screws, it's close to 15 yards longer than an equivilent epic drive with the Nickent (the Nickent has a very neutral set up, which is a plus for me).     Its a great driver for the discounted current pricing, but for now, the Nike edges it out ...
