OJsakila, when someone posts their swing on the internet they should realize that all the advice will not be expert...but this is a forum and, yes, hackers like me are allowed to give lousy advice. I think everyone knows that seeing a certified instructor is a better option.

Making condescending remarks about well-meaning forum members, calling them "jackleg hacks", seems inappropriate. There are some great instructors here (i.e. David Wedzik, Andrew Rice) who contribute to the forum without making those kind of arrogant comments.

Sorry, young man. Obviously you think you know more than people that do it for a living...Maybe this is just a forum for weekend warriors like yourself to discuss swing

You're the most unprofessional "professional" I've ever come across. From reading your posts, I would hate to have to interact with you in person. Best of luck being the most correct person on the forum.

Seconded in full.

And I've met a lot of REALLY, REALLY bad PGA members. Heck, the PGA teaching manual still gets the ball flight laws wrong. PGA != "good all the time."

Ok. You guys win. I'm dead wrong. Swing away....

You can be right without being a douche. Try that for a while and perhaps people will give you a little credibility.

not to get all pycho here but I participate here for my own cathartic reasons. When I sit down and write an opinon it is way harder than just running my mouth at the bar after a round. I find that I need to think thru my own swing thoughts and practice habits more carefully if a few dozen (or hundred) other guys are going to read it. It's like writing a business plan. Organizing thoughts and writing them down is not as easy as people think.

that makes me a better player.
