Need help with company golf outing

My team at work is having a golf outing. Since I'm the most avid golfer. I was put in charge. The format is a 9-hole scramble with about four groups. We're going to have some real hackers out there. A lot of people don't play. So I'm looking for some ideas for side games that everyone can play. Closest to the pin or longest drive won't really work with this group. I'd like it to be more open for everyone.

Any ideas?

I think there are only so many things you can do.

I've seen "straightest drive" on holes where a line is put in the middle of the fairway at about the 150 yard mark up to the 250 yard mark. Closest to the line wins a prize. It's usually some dude that hits a banana slice that accidentally wins this.

Worst score is also another prize we do with our work party. We give them a kids plastic set or something like that.

You could maybe do something like "most improved" during the round, whoever has the biggest differential between the first 4 holes and the last 5 holes.

Best dressed or worst dressed etc.

Longest drive, most beer, golf cart races have some fun!

Give each team a pink golf ball. (pink ball contest) They rotate it among players each hole and try not to loose it. The teams that return with a ball get in a drawing for a price. We sharpie the team's number on the ball before the round. For the drawing we drop all the balls in a hat and draw one.

A tournament we do for our company we get about 14 teams. It was getting to the point where to many balls were returned so I changed it to the (green ball tournament). LOL Serious! I am looking for camouflage balls for next year.
